These are various letters sent to the logging companies, local Regional District and government offices
The first two letters on this page were signed by many members of the community and sent during the comment period of Kalesnikoff's Forest Stewardship Plan development. They are supposed to be 'considered' in the FSP.
The FSP describes the comments as: Comments about 'water quality and quantity': 110 complaints, Next highest number is 84 complaints under the derogatory 'not in my backyard' category. Lastly, Kalesnikoff FSP states the 'summary table is biased due to a petition letter received from the Glade Community...." (emphasis added)
